My first exploration of that area was back in the 60's, when many of the buildings from the old coal mine were still standing. I-70 still wasn't completed so the area was much more desolate than it is now, and Moab was pretty much a dying town due to the Uranium mines closures, with tourist visitation to the area not being significant back then. The army was still in the GreenRiver area periodically launching missles towards the white sands range. They were interesting to watch. I never found the area to be creepy at all, just fun to explore.

A tad bit overly dramatic. Oh well. Watch out for the underground coal mine fire that is still burning as far as it is known.

Be very careful. This town is not abandoned during Memorial Day weekend. I traveled there during said weekend, there were cow pelvises on all the fences in front of the houses. There was a group of people making a huge statue made by wiring cow bones and other animal parts together. My dad being who he is asked them what there making and the persons response was if you don’t know what this is you don’t belong here. Than we tried to go see the Petroglyphs and there were no trespassing signs posted even though it’s blm land. Than when we were leaving 3 of the exact same cars followed us all the way on the highway and made sure we left. Not only that me and my family have been there a couple times and I would always swear the graves would move at the Sematary because they were never in the same spot so I took pictures and these people are in fact digging up and re burring the dead. All this has only happened during Memorial Day weekend so I thinks it’s a cult of some sort and it’s just a yearly thing

Great movie. If I were you I would re-record the bad sound. The footage deserves it.

NOT Creepy, not at all . These are humans wearing robes, red robes . People do not use the word creepy for ART.

The great flood left vast soft sediments which ptetrified, allowed the early people to record major events .Common motifs confirm common origin, as recorded in scripture
