In this video, I interview Jake Tran, a multi-millionaire who has made over $300,000 per month, working 4-8 hours a week on his faceless YouTube channels. Jake started out as a shy, introverted guy making videos that didn't work, but everything changed when he focused on his own style of creating high-quality documentary videos.

Be sure to watch this video all the way through to learn the formula behind what creates viral videos on YouTube, and how Jake was able to set himself apart from other channels. He goes over his whole life store from making no money in the first year as a YouTuber to eventually becoming a multi-millionaire. I think for anyone watching, regardless of where you're at in your journey, you can learn from the advice he got from his mentor that allowed his business to grow from $20k/month to $300k+/month, and the other strategies he implemented to scale and grow his content team. This interview is packed with a ton of valuable advice for aspiring creators, and I want to give a special shoutout to my friend Jake for doing this interview!

If you've thought about doing YouTube before, now is actually the perfect time to start because the algorithm is starting to favor new channels that are consistently delivering high-quality content. When I first started creating YouTube videos, it was extremely hard to show up on someone's home page because YouTube prioritized established channels that were at the top of the industry. Nowadays, anyone can have a video go viral and attract a ton of new viewers from the homepage feed as long as it's good. I highly recommend taking Jake's brand new course if you're looking to also create faceless YouTube videos. He has built many successful channels, so if there's anyone out there that knows how to do it over and over again from scratch, it's Jake.

I've noticed a frustrating pattern with content creators: They excel at creating engaging hooks and promotional content, but the actual valuable information often ends up being vague or locked behind paid courses. I keep watching these videos hoping to find creators who openly share their knowledge. While I appreciate the motivational content, what would be more helpful is detailed, practical advice for channel growth that's freely accessible to the community.

Jake Tran was on a tear back in 2020 and 2021 but kinda lost interest for some time. However he made this new video on Africa and it was a Gem. The editing was immaculate

This advice sounds good, but its hard to trust when theres a link to a course and hes wearing those horrible loafers.

"To all the small creators out there: every big channel once started small. Your unique voice, perspective, and creativity matter. Keep showing up, experimenting, and learning as you go. Even if it feels slow, every video is a step closer to your goals. Remember, consistency and passion will take you places!"

Jake Tran is a true pioneer of great documentary content. Him and James Jani are the best at it. 🔥

This is amazing advice. I'm new to this channel but grateful for it as I am creating a new faceless channel. This is a blessing, and I want to monetize this year.

Everyone says consistency is key, but Jake's right—finding a unique channel idea is way more important! Who else agrees?

Valuable video with a lot of good tips, but I wouldn't exactly take the advice of "Don't have any friends." I use to be very introverted but had at least a few "high-quality friends." Yes yes fake friends are overrated as you can't depend on them. But slowly as I grew older, I learned how to make myself enjoyable to be around. Eventually, I started getting invited to events, parties, and social gatherings. Making yourself enjoyable to be around is a skill and can be learned. If you conduct any business that requires face-to-face interaction, or you are networking, being likable is important.

What a wonderful video! Great information and very helpful! I have thought about trying a faceless channel, to replace my Nail channel that's not growing. But i didn't know where to start for the faceless channel.
