I like how Graham can't find anything wrong so he goes for the yard and the messy room in the house. I'm dead lol

I’m impressed! This women has her act together. I also like the idea of having separate accounts for personal expenses and a shared account for rent etc.

I’m so glad she mentioned living with in laws to save money. We’re living with my parents to pay off student loans and save up for a house, and I often feel embarrassed about it. But I think it’s a smart financial move.

I really liked this episode, I myself was born and raised in Orange County and still live here today. I love my home town and wouldn't trade it for anything. so this episode was very special to me. I hope they do more in OC because OC is a very high county with multiple cities

She’s a nice, sweet girl and everything she’s doing with finances is perfect!

Kim and Greg were my guests in my home that was an Airbnb room rental in 2016. They are even more amazing than what you see on the video.

I was able to visit Kim when I went Cali in 2017 and just like I shared my world in NJ/NY, they did the same for me in Cali.

I am blessed to call them my friends and I am glad the world gets to see a glimpse of how amazing they are!

Love you Greg & Kim 💪♥️!

I have family like that, I pay rent and they still pull off the "It's my house so I have full control over you like you're a dog" BS. It's weird they've mistaken someone paying rent for actually owning the person.

Her knowledge and experience in effective budgeting and delaying gratification is extraordinary! And to have a partner who equally matches this mindset is golden.

Graham said you can tell a lot about someone by how neat their work area is:
If a messy desk means a messy mind, what does an empty desk mean? - Albert Einstein said something along that line.
Guess the meaning of that is not everyone's organization system of their personal finances falls into a conventional society approved organization method.

Very cool episode. She is knocking it 0ut of the park. I agree on the cleaning up of the room/ Office space? Also the backyard.

I'd really love to see more of these videos with people who weren't given financial headstarts. It's great that they had parents who were willing to help them save on costs, think that should be the goal of every parent, but it's not the reality for many. I personally feel more inspired when I see people start from "the bottom" and work their way up.

these reaction videos do 20x better than some of the others. i also miss some of the how-to videos, based off your most popular videos those do well too. anyway, love ya graham. keep it up!

She has a bigger nicer yard than many Californians. They could make an oasis with seating area and rock fountain, low key hot tub with a deck to blend into their decorating style. Unless they are planning on dogs and kids, in which case they may need the space.
