Sit with your knees bent and lie your baby face-down over your thighs, facing away. Place their hands on your knees so their elbows are bent, and gently push in on their elbows to help them push up. This is good for shoulder strengthening as encourages tummy time.

I tried this with my seven month old and he whined the whole time. Dunno what I’m doing wrong :( he’s a big baby too
