Hmmm, I’m no electrician but I’ve lived here for 30 years and have lived in houses in SC, NY, and KY. That is the first time I’ve seen a breaker box located on the OUTSIDE of a house. I hope you get the inside taken care of. 👍🏻👍🏻

someone told me sometimes you would have to rewire to convert, what conditions would require you to rewire the house instead of just swap the fuse box for a breaker box?

Shouldn’t the white wire for the main wires be tied into the neutral side and not the side with the ground? Genuine question not hating.

I have same picture probably a little more worse, Electrician wants to meet me sometime this week he already see the electrical fuse box and i am looking for breaker box, now I have the idea of the amount and the work, but Do I need to get a permit for this work? the house I planning to sell it sometime this year.
