James, great hook for a title to your video and very tempting topic - 'What do big 4 partners really earn?' I am assuming your business is aimed at people considering a big 4 career or are on the bottom rung and you aim to help them climb up? Both noble aims :-)


You might add on the 'HOW TO'.. 15-25 years of great client service, long hours, stress and the proven ability to sell $ millions of consulting, accounting etc.. whatever the firm/ practice actually 'does'!


All in all, consulting, big-4 etc is a great career choice for people with talent, enthusiasm, energy and an ability to sell!

Hi James, I think you need to discuss how much it costs for someone to buy the equity of Partnership or shares at big 4. I heard it cost about $1 million USD and Partners at Big 4 give new Partner a loan to cover the cost. Can you elaborate?
