Donavon Mitchell has gotten used to not playing defense that he initially did coming out of Louisville under Rick Pitino known for his use of full court pressure defense.his foibles on the perimeter have been causing havoc in the Jazz defensive schemes. Knicks should consider Quentin Grimes as untouchable and I am not in favor trading away IQ either. Trade Julius Randle Cam Reddish and Mitchell Robinson for Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro and maybe a first round pick in either this year or next year draft or even the year after that if they want to position themselves to potentially draft Bronny James if he comes out or Camden Highschool top player in that year's class so far, point guard DJ Wagner. Or perhaps a similar 3 team trade Julius Randle to Orlando and Evan Fournier, Markelle Fultz, Mitchell Robinson and Muhammad Bamba to Golden State Warriors for Andrew Wiggins, Wiseman, and Moses Moody to the Knicks. Those would bring athletically explosive 🧨 athletes with the requisite quickness, speed, jumping ability, length, and height to play Coach Thibodeau's defense and shooting ability and ability to move without the ball 🏀 that is surely lacking and youth with significant upside that is on RJ Barrett's Timeline to start a championship dynasty built around him plus Moody and Wiseman are still on a rookie pay scale ⚖️♎ for two or three years more. Plus an infusion of Golden State Warriors culture 🧫 in Knicks locker room would be great 😃👍.

Rudy gobert shouldn’t be fed up. I think everyone is fed up with him. Donavan should come here but all depends on who they give up. If Donavan is to win with this knicks squad, we have to trade randle. He will stop the flow of the ball every time. When the young guys push, we dominate even the best teams. Sometimes we lose leads but how can your learn without failure. That’s what thibs needs to understand. He need to stop riding the vets and randle train.
