I appreciate this! I always wondered why I couldn’t hold anything heavy at my shoulders and keep good form.

I find I can't really hold the weights that long when I hold heavy weights at the side. I guess the grip strength is the limiting factor for me, so I usually snatch it up to the shoulders, especially when I can't hold it any longer, and do lunges from there.
