The judge made on 91(14) and has refused my three applications to grant permission for appeal, the worst is that it is the same judge that has to grant permission no body else, I just sent an application to reexamine the previous proceedings on the first looking forward to hearing from her next week, and if she grant permission to appeal i will like that you represent me here in Derby

I am looking forward to hearing why the local authorities have more interest in removing children instead of supporting families. A colleague's 12 year old nephew jumped down the cliff last week and from a reliable source it was apparent that his mum hasbeen asking the local authorities for more support as this child suffers from behavioural challenges but they wouldn't bulge and now the boy was flown with an helicopter to the hospital where he was in comma for few days and now the doctors took him off the life support and this cute boy passed away. How does the law bring the local authorities to order, and also the doctors and not only focusing on the parents, knowing so well that having a child with disabilities can be very challenging. I have a child with disabilities and I can openly say that the Greenwich local authorities and the Bexley Council have failed my daughter and now the way forward is for me to proceed to take legal actions. If the government can assign non governmental bodies to monitor the social Services to stop their brutality and bullying on families. Thanks Chris.

I even accused both the judge and the local authority for being bias between my daughter and myself because ny daughters physical, spiritual and emotional needs has been neglected by them
