Omg ...i do the same exercise with the same wight yesterday night ... 4 minutes (after 50TTB and 40 HSPU) BUT ..4 minutes vs 1 minutes... omg !!

Thats what the fuck I am talking about, pure ballistic movements. I think there needs to be a separate Crossfit department for workouts like these strictly for these kind of performance feats. Just pure ripping weights as fast as possible in single or multiple movements. Big guys like Jorge can do things like this much better than other gymnastic style moves.

Trampoline parks are pediatric orthopedics money maker, CrossFit is adult orthopedics money maker. I do CrossFit but I stay away from any kipping pull-ups & kipping hand stands. I also made sure I spent a couple months with an Olympic lifting coach learning how to properly clean and snatch.

what's the point to do 30 snatches in a row. Snatch are explosive movment power related...Once exolosive technique is not there anymore it is useless and unsafe.
