How to remove and install Arai Shield Holder / Side Pod/ Sover

Great job making it look effortless! My truth is i almost broke the second set of pods after 30 minutes trying to put the visor in. And it is noisy as hell! I will never buy another helmet with this sistem.

I have an arai defiant helmet and can't for the life of me take off the visor or the side pods. I think in my helmet the side pods need to come off first and then the visor. Can you help?
