Pro Trip: Make sure your hands are not sweaty/greasy - I used a towel to help get a better grip on the ear the tip before removing - they’re surprisingly strong and just need a strong quick pull to snap out.

Surprised by how complicated buying new replacement tips are. Tried this week at the Apple store in Berlin. Was told I needed to book an appointment with a genius and there would be a two hour wait for that. Came back later that day and was told that they didn’t have any replacement tips 🤷🏻‍♂️

Do they have any plans of making foams tip because for me my right ear with the fit test says adjust or change it all the 3 tips while my left is perfect with all 3 I use the medium ones because I feel it has the best comfort and best passive noice cancellation but it’s kinda annoying seeing that I don’t have a good fit at least in the settings thing
