There is no doctor in Turkey who can explain it so well. I have a herniated disc. All they tell me is surgery. I tried these exercises. I'm very comfortable now. Thank you for your hard work.
God be with you

I have arthritis in my knees and hips and have developed groin pains. Miserably, it was only last year that I was able to drop my knees laterally flat on the floor ( hypermobile). I certainly am going to try and regain that flexibility with these exercises, thank you.

Thank You!

One exercise that came to me years in the past is slide turning the feet on the floor in the same direction, both clockwise then both anticlockwise, as far as you can turning around the axis till the knees meet and cross in an X one in front of the other- in both directions, and with each repetition spreading the legs more, and continuing as your strenght/ability allows. It's good for stretching/engagin other leg muscles as well.
With Respect

Thank you very much for these exercises. It helped me a lot. However, I'm having muscle spasms whenever I do these exercises. What triggers the spasms and what can I do to reduce it?

The leg lifts are real good for me...also for me i was having terrible groin pain/side of pelvic floor n i did oscillating squats, feet hip width n as i go down concentrate the knees going over the foot in a oscillating (qick movement) has done wonders for that groin, i know it strenthens it n i dont get that pain anymore. N it's fabulas for strengthening my knees! I'll do that maybe once a week, 3 reps of 12....sooo glad that pain doesnt come back!🙌🏼

Can you do groin stretches along with sciatica exercises?

I wish I had seen this 12 years ago, when I started with this exact thing! I remember the very first time it hit, because I was standing in the kitchen and the pain started in my groin, and ran down and went behind my kneecap. It literally made me collapse onto the floor. I had had some major surgeries on that knee, in 1970, and had to have the tendons replaced, so in the process of stretching out new tendons, that knee has always been more flexible. In the past few years, the pain now continues under the knee cap, down the shin, to my ankle. The only good thing about that is, it can’t go any farther! Once this starts, it may be constant for weeks, before letting up. Is that normal? During this time, the heating pad is my best friend. I want to do these stretches and exercises, but it strikes a fear in me that it will stir up the pain, and I have not been in pain for the past 2 weeks. I am afraid of tempting my luck. Thank you for this.
