Hi guys...if u have any problem in finding your c drive or if your not sure which is your c drive Use the following command to find it out..

BCDEDIT | Find "osdevice"

This command will tell u which is your c drive

And to find the volume label just type
"Vol c:" (replace c: with the drive letter of the drive for which you want to find volume label)

Actually some methods are just not working, the most effective way is to create the bootable disk and repair with Ao mei disk tool.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Wasted hours looking through several videos for a solution to this prob. I couldn't afford running a format on the HDD that wasn't booting up because that was the one containing so many work related software and settings, 2-factor authentications etc. Your video was a lifesaver.

I don't normally comment on videos anymore. But you saved me with this. After running method 1 and 2 I let the windows repair tool (fix startup) then after that finished I unplugged USB, and now I am all set. Thank you dude.

Thanks, Method 1 worked for me. I had a problem on my HP Laptop where my Camera cable caused the plastic of my screen to melt from the inside and overheated my laptop. From fear that the laptop might get damaged I immediately closed it. Note that the Windows 10 Installation was fresh. So all were working well. The camera cable was connected to the power screen supplier. At first I cut the problematic camera cable and tried to open the Laptop. In the start all looked well but suddenly it powered off violently. Then I saw the code of the power supply unit (camera cable and screen cable connected to it) and ordered a new one. I replaced it, then when I booted up my computer I got this Blue Screen of Death: \BCD error Obviously it's a classic case where hardware malfunction corrupts the BCD software part. Note that while this BSOD was preventing my Laptop from booting to Windows. Once I clicked F1 to go to the Recovery Environment of the Laptop if I just pressed exit and continue to Windows through the recovery environment, It would boot normally. But when Windows rebooted through updates the BSOD would always show up which was annoying. I was bored to always press F1 doing it manually so I searched for solutions and ended up here. And everything is ok. (Just for the history I never even used my Camera, the reason why this problem happened was that the laptop screen hinges were damaged causing somehow the cable of the camera to get trapped partially and through time as the screen of the laptop was opening and closing after 2 years like it caused it to start causing sparks).
