You've got everything you've said about HW3 wrong. If you want to check it out, take a look at your previous videos on the subject.

They still haven't rolled out 12.5.1.5 to any HW3 vehicles other than a tiny number of testers; way less than 1% of the installed base. Just that tiny number alone calls into question the validity of the data they are generating. Since the vast majority of people who purchased FSD are on HW3, over 99% of that user base of people are still on 12.3.6. Looks like for between $15, 000 and $8000 the vast majority of people are only getting 2 maybe 3 software FSD updates per year.

I believe there are basically 2 million hw3 vehicles and a FSD take rate below 10%. That is about 200k hw3 vehicles running FSD. At some point keeping both versions updated and going is going to get pretty complicated and expensive. I would think monthly FSD rentals for hw3 vehicles will be stopped by Tesla at some point, and an upgrade path made available for fsd hw3 users into hw4 vehicles.

6 Yr old hardware? My model 3 is a 2022, even with my socks on I cal still count only 2 years have gone bye. Why are there no distinctions being made with Intel and Rizen chip vehicles?

If it were just the computer, it seems Tesla could switch out the computer on hw3.
Tesla could invest in those customers who bought fsd on their hw3 cars.
If Tesla isn’t able to switch out the computer, or unwilling to invest in its customers on this one thing, then maybe it’s not just a matter of changing the computer. Idk.
