I bought one of these recently, turn it down so it don't hurt. Feels good to me. To fix your wrist place your hand on a low table or at 90o, hand stays stationary, make rotata in shoulder work (twist arm back and forth) make rotatable cuff in wrist work . Use the violet wand at the same time on your wrist and up your arm while twisting it.
