1000% here for an RP app review. Been on the fence for months about it due to the cost and mixed reviews on forums.

At what point do we distinguish between a home gym and having an actual commercial gym that happens to be at home? lol

Would love to see a couple colabs. One where Coop tours the gym and another where @RPstrength puts Coop through a ringer leg bodybuilding workout.

One thing Dr. Mike has said multiple times is that if a movement takes too much set up, he just won’t do it, so the selecterize machines are more convenient for him

We definitely need an in-person gym tour so you can discuss Mike's choices with him in-depth! Also do an RP-style hypertrophy workout with him 💪.

Would also be cool to see a collab with Gluck's Gym and tour his setup!

Lastly, yes please do a review of the RP Hypertrophy App!

Mike has to be the best fitness guy on youtube, no bullshit, evidence based, completly open about risks and benefits.

I love this review. I love when we get to see your knowledge on all kinds of equipment that you don’t typically review. Many of us like machines so this was enlightening. Thank you kindly!

A missed opportunity to make this a parody of Mike's critique style videos.

Hey there this is Dr COOP with a doctorate in GARAGE GYM

You did a really nice job of reviewing his gym, while drawing out modifications that would apply to our more meager situations. Nice work, brutha!

Since he is a bodybuilder, stacked machines make sense. He doesn't need more weight since he is doing high reps. Plus, they allow you to easily do a drop set by yourself.

I get the max weight limits of the plate loaded but having a stack is so convenient and easy especially for supersets and switching between workout partners

I love the Bolt smith machine on your Rogue rack @10:09! I wish it could be combined with an Ares 2.0. Is there any word from Rep Fitness on offering a smith attachment?

I don't see his lambos or butlers around the property. What gives?!!

My absolute best steal ever and favorite machine is my Stairmaster Gravitton selectorized assisted pullup/dip machine. I got it from a gym that was remodeling for $350. Best purchase ever and ideal for training for the Murph challenge

Need to see you hit one of Dr. Mike's hellish leg workouts

Brian Shaw recently did a gym tour. He's got some really unique equipment, would be a fun review.

This is the crossover I've been waiting years for.

You could do a series reviewing training apps. A lot of people who have home gyms also use those apps so I think it would make sense considering your public.

Peak Strength, from Garage Strength is the one I'm most curious about.
