Will R or PYTHON can replace SAS in clinical

Many students who are willing to work in clinical research companies are confused about which software to learn for clinical data analysis R, SAS or Python as per current uses SAS is a leader in the clinical research industry for clinical data analysis so what if in the future python or R will replace sas as per my experience SAS will be not easily replaced as it's a paid tool SAS company is having good amount of fund and they are actively using it for upgrading their tool and if in future any tool is replacing sas in clinical so no need worry it will be very easy to upgrade yourself from sas to any other tool because having knowledge of one programming language will make our journey easy to learn any other language because most of logics are same

I agree with you partially because recently if you will see Google's - tensorflow, facebooks - prophet & etc etc libraries/functionalities was introduced for open source tools/languages (python/R) where as SAS is way far behind. It's the Leading tech companies which is developing and allowing the open source market to grow now and companies like SAS are struggling to cope up.
