Bro, that explains what happened last session.
One day was everything fine and in the other there was this noise, I changed all my setup and I continued. My phone was directly below the mic.

I had the same issue with a Samson-Go mic on my phone, and turned off data/wifi and its perfect. Today I tested the mic on my computer (it sounds better than my Rode NT-USB Mini) and had the same issue.

Switch off mobile data and it is perfect! This video must have synced with my thoughts and popped up on YouTube for me.

I get the same when I record video with my iphone, when the iphone is plugged in to the macbook pro. The recorded video has a constant on and off static sound in the video. Is this why? I have no choice but to connect it to the macbook pro while recording, from inside my home studio, to monitor what the camera is seeing via QuickTime, as I'm using the rear camera (the better camera). Thank you.

I have J lab wired earbuds and mic. for my PC. Turned on airplane mode on the phone and turned the fan off in the room and the static remained. It only happens during play back of a recording I'm wondering if it's time for a replacement as I've had these for a few years.
