Do you track all your option trades via excel or similar? Curious what information records you keep to apply to your particular stock’s cost basis.

It can get confusing when you have the amount you purchased vs the amount you’ve seen returned for specific stocks as well as tracking those numbers as it applies to your portfolio as a whole.

In this case, you’d have AAPL showing you paid $134 a share, but after a year of selling calls against it, that number would be actually be a lot less... even though robinhood would still show $134 a share.
