i commend whomever it was that set out into FFXIV to get everything you guys needed to make this trailer. honestly, i can tell you guys genuinely enjoyed the game and played it in earnest. didn't just hop on the hype train for XIV to generate clout with a video on it. well done, and well met ^^

The ending was the most over-the-top anime thing ever, but it worked really well for me since by the time you're in endwalker you're like 200+ hours into this story, and all the other expansions have been considerably more grounded. The escalation feels earned and like a logical place to go

Loved Endwalker, not the biggest fan of the Garlean arc (it's insanely good tho) because it feelt uncomfortable especially since I'm German and the Garlean mindset is really close to the nazi Germany one i immagin. I think I was just sitting there in utter disbelief thinking "how can people think that way?" And then remembering that a lot of my country used to be this way, some people even still thinking that way and that probably some of my ancestors thought the same way

It's crazy how much more popular Final Fantasy 14 got when you remember how mediocre it's launch was. Well Realm Reborn fixed a lot of it though.

I remember watching Honest Game/Movie trailers back when I was much younger, seeing a trailer of my all time favourite game brought a tear to my eyes! Really well done and researched trailer, great work. Had me laughing in tears especially the last few minutes
