Menendez brothers' attorney to petition California Gov. Newsom for clemency

Nearly one week after Los Angeles DA George Gascón recommended the Menendez brothers be resentenced, their attorney is expected to petition California Gov. Newsom for clemency, which could reduce their sentence or grant them a pardon. David Muir reports.
