Move Rows Up Or Down In A Microsoft Word Table

In this quick tutorial I show you how easy it is to slide entire rows, or blocks of rows, up or down a table in Microsoft Word with just a single keystroke. This technique also works for numbered or bullet lists.

For Mac: use control+shift instead of alt.

This doesn't work for Office 2016 on a Mac. Shift-Option-Arrow just changes the selection. (Option is Mac-speak for Alt.) Any ideas on how to do this on a Mac? Thanks.

You should have mentioned that on a mac, you use the [control] key instead of the [alt] key.
