I am seeing people so differently. I have this deep sadness for others now. I struggled nearly my whole life, and now that I am saved, I want to help everyone, but it's hard to get people to understand. I still don't feel like this is my home, but I understand why, and I can use my suffering for Jesus. I pray I grow so close to the Lord that I can stay out of his way to be the vessel! To see the angry, hurtful people and feel their pain. The Lord is so amazing. I cry and feel so blessed that Jesus didn't give up on me, and we can't give up on others.

I never understood why someone would trade their soul for temporary pleasure. I'm a musician and I've played with some fairly big bands but I never wanted to be a "rockstar." Thank God I didn't go seeking things that will never be as fulfilling as my faith in Jesus because I've witnessed how bad it can get.
