thank you for the video...theres is a lot I can use on the mat borrowed from other martial arts...sometimes I am able to make wing chun, chin na (tuite in karate), and aikido work against a more advanced opponent (very subtle but it works nicely)...however, the more advanced opponent knows more techniques than I know how to defend and they beat me everytime...what I am thinking is that when I am advanced like them in jiu jitsu (ie blue belt or purple belt)I am going to be very damn good...I need another year to be crisp and ready for an overdrive and get to brown...from brown to black I'll treat it with care and spirituality..
note: along the way it's very important to train without getting injured and observing that you do techniques properly to avoid injury otherwise it will take longer to improve

Thank you so much I was searching so much about knee shield variations, I use top shield guard and bottom shield guard when the opponent is standing as well.
In 11:12 was that a quadriceps slicer? Or something like that?

The pressure in the neck is BJJ technique too or is taken or inspired in other martial art?

I wanna learn this combat form but I'm to nervous that I'd get hard when I'm in the position at 3:10. Idk wat I'd think about myself after that.

hi very interesting video but I have a question: why is it not a good idea to be on the back and defend with the legs, legs can move so he doesn t put your legs on the side so easily. It s also a good self defense position because you can keep a distance if you hit him with your feet. thank you
