I'm sorry that you didn't show the original condition. I would have liked to have seen what the surging issue looked and sounded like originally.

I just curb picked a Karcher yesterday. I'm a B&S guy, and this is my first foray into Honda. Definitely a governor issue.

In the video at 3:06, when it kinda stops spraying, or loses pressure. Mine does that a lot, pretty regularly. Anyone know what causes that?

The issue on these Ryobi pressure washers is they all have different carburetor set ups even though they have the GCV160 engine which is a poor design. The pressure washer works great when you're spraying but at idle it surges. It has a new carburetor and new pump. Pretty much brand new, only 3 years old. This is the 3rd one of these Ryobis I've worked on and they all have a similar issue . Poor design of these GCV160 engines
