How do I price my tree jobs?

In this video, I talk about some of the techniques I use to sell more tree work.

These strategies are not new. I did not invent them. But they don’t exist in the tree care world. I found that when I started selling tree work using these strategies, I was able to deliver my customers more value and they were more happy with the end result.

Pricing your tree work high enough that you make a profit is key to growing your business. You’ll never be able to invest in better equipment if you’re only covering the cost of doing business.

I have question, we are tree removal business, we big projects coming but it's getting hard to calculate with high volume of trees to remove. Before a big estimate removal, how would word or ask what is their budget (They got money but cheap.). I think for us good know is monthly budget, the dollar amount the budget for. I just don't want think our estimate will not be worth their buck but it's important to their budget. Bottom line how you ask what is their budget?

It's always helpful to buddy up with landfill employees, topsoil and mulch service companies; and local services such as, curbside yard/brush waste pickup and tip the driver/ loader team, they'll help you out. 🤫 😅✌

Hi my name is adam i just started my company last winter i have done ok but i want to do better for my family i do all my climbing and some knocking but im not the best it gets me down i have brought in sales reps that just take advantage or try and get work that they know i just don't have the equipment for i would love to know more about this video i really want to get better so i can provide for my family better its hard were im from you have alot of flyby nights and drug addicts making things worse on prices and its hard to explain to a customer now days what we have to go through to get the job done and they say well you say 2500 a guy just stopped and said 800 i cant climb forever so i really want to get the sales rep down im great with people i was a pro wrestler for 13 years so i know how to talk its just idk i get shit down then discourage and this is my passion i was raised around it and a good friend that was a great sales rep started teaching me and then he passed sorry for the paragraph but i could definitely use some inside on how to get better and get more confidence on selling jobs at a good profiting price thanks for your time
