Ford Cutting 8,000 Jobs to Fund EV Investments

Ford Motor Co. is preparing to cut as many as 8,000 jobs in the coming weeks as the automaker tries to boost profits to fund its push into the electric-vehicle market, according to people familiar with the plan. Bloomberg's Keith Naughton speaks on "Bloomberg Markets: The Close."

8000 jobs lost as the vast majority do not want EV only. When will they understand this. Most people are smarter than this & will not be herded to fit a whim & the whimpering cry from the few who are in a crypt in there're theory's. Amazing how employees put up with this. PS--- btw, FORD still has the best truck, F-150 overall, yet the Company is doing there best to kill it ? ? Stunning !

Ford makes EV's in Mexico not the US - if you want to buy American buy Tesla.
I would never in a million years buy an american EV.
