I loved Rosie when she did the bake off. She's beautiful, she's lovely, she's so nice, she's so sweet, she's a wonderful baker, a brilliant vet and she shares something in common with me-she's an animal lover and I love it when people share some things in common with me. When I first saw her on the bake off in 2019, I loved her and I wanted her to win. I was gutted when she was eliminated in the semi final, but, when I saw her come back in 2020 for the Christmas bake off, I was so happy to see her and so pleased that she won. That traditional Christmas dinner-themed cake was so damn clever. She should be very proud of herself. Even after she left the bake off in 2019, even after she won the Christmas bake off and after all the series of the bake off I've seen, she's my favourite ever bake off contestant, I love her. She really warms my heart whenever I see her, whenever I hear her speak and whenever I see her smile.
