honestly, I am from gen z and honestly. Metallica can never be cancelled, They were already hit hard in the 90s when Lars sued Napster and became even bigger after the Napster problem. this whole thing with my generation trying to cancel them is just like shit under the shoe. Metallica can not be stopped or canceled. If anything, Metallica's fame always becomes bigger and bigger for everything people do against them.
