How to use a Portable Twin Tub Semi Auto Washer and Panda Spinner: Detailed workflow and review

Living in an apartment used to require paying for laundry in the building, but no more! Check out my Costway portable twin tub washing machine along with my Panda 3200 RPM laundry spinner. No water hookups? No problem! With a little bit of extra effort, I can do my laundry at home and save beaucoup dollars. I give both of these units top rating. Now if only somebody would create a twin tub washer with a Panda spinner...

Everyone's setup will be different depending on the layout of your space, but I hope that you can get a sense of how mine operates and figure out a solution for yourself.

The real hero here is that Panda spinner. That thing is a beast! Clothes come out of the Panda about 95% dry. A must have if you're using a mini washer.

Good for you! No more having to get rolls of quarters, and sit in the laundromat only to have gas dryers burn your clothes. I just bought a Panda spinner after seeing videos, even though I have a conventional washer and sryer at home. I spin dry my expensive white dress shirts and hang them on hangers to dry. Also, spinning the other clothes means they take less time in the dryer, which saves $ on the electric bill and makes the clothes last longer.

Awesome review! Probably the best I've come across. I've been also using a portable machine for the last 5 months. I usually wash, spin 1 min, add spun clothes to fresh bucket of water, then spin again for another 4 mins and then finally let them air dry. I am always very paranoid about my clothes having soap in it even though I add very little soap. I am afraid to add fabric softener thinking it will not fully come out of the clothes. I'm gonna give it try!

Thank you very much. I have well water which at times can get low. So the bucket idea was for me at least, a great help. Thanks again, stay well 👍

I bought a Panda spinner for my hand-washables like my good shirts and blouses. I love it.

I have one too and I love it. You should get lint catcher for the washer and while draining so your tub doesn't get clogged with lint.

My twin tub just arrived this morning. For me, the spin speed in the dryer gets things dry enough. I have an LG washer/dryer combo (not the stacked unit, one that’s the size of a washing machine but does both) so I’m used to my clothes being a little damp at the end of a cycle. I’m waiting on my repair guy to get parts for the LG, but I’m really liking this twin tub for now.
