Purchased 10 months ago...stop getting cold. Paid $ 561.00, vendor I bought it from does not do repair. Called Frigidaire and they hung up on me due to high volume of calls!!! I did clean filters as shown in manual. What a waste of money!!!

Auto mode on my new unit appears to be broken. Temp on the unit is set to 76F, it's 78F outside, 80F in the room and it just runs the fan. Only way to get the compressor to kick on is to set it to Cool. However, in Cool mode, the compressor just cycles and keeps cooling below the set point.

The model I have has a timer and sleep option on the remote it comes with but it isn’t working I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but it’s not the same model as this one in the video. 😒

I got this and I love it. I have it set to 66 at night. I do not have timer on but it keeps going on and off every few mins. It keeps waking me up when it does that. How do I fix this?
