Great recipe Mama D. ! This came out great... Its chili guys, you can put in what you want, green onion or bell pepper, it dont matter, chili is a preference dish. try floating a jalapeno pepper for couple hours in the chili. then squeezing the juices out. gives it a nice flavor.
