Just made this for the second time. Increased all the spices to 1 tbsp and doubled the Frank's red hot and added 2 jalapeños and 2 cans kidney beans. Before watching this I had no clue how to make chili but my Lord this is such a great recipe. If you guys are making chili any other way then you are doing it wrong. Sir, I applaud you.

I made this recipe for dinner today. I had to make do, with what I had in the pantry. Used one pound of ground beef + one pound stew beef. Used Rotel dice tomatoes, with green chilies, didn’t have any peppers to chop. Everything else was per you recipe, and it turned out fantastic, I know this will become my go to chili recipe. Legit best video I’ve ever watched. Quick, satisfying with how everything was ready to go and chopped AND measurements clearly said. Plus- for the complainers that maybe it’s not hot enough you were sure to let them know add a habanero. Plus the tip to cook ground beef and drain first, as I had to find that out the hard way. Nice work.

great chili! Only thing I did differently was add 1 tablespoon of "Spice Classics" brand red pepper to replace the other pepper spices. Very spicy and delicious

I realize this was from a year ago but I always know your recipes are going to be wonderful. As I have said before your streamlined neat clean organized presentations are a joy to watch. Cracks me up when folks post cooking videos & commenters tell the person what they "should" have added or omitted, but do they have cooking videos for the world to see? Noooo, lol.

I look for recipes that I think are a good base for a process and ingredients. The slow cooker was the must, so that was covered. As for the recipe, I definitely added the beans and added/deleted one or two items (heat). I made the chili and I could win an award for this. :) Thanks!

Added 2 cans beans, chilli powder, green chillies and brown sugar for that hot/sweet taste. Excellent chilli
