Explorer ST Full Boost anti-lag launch control test on Livernois Multitune

Everyone wants to see more Multi-Tune in action shots, well our Explorer ST got some more testing and updates. With Launch Control, we are able to more than double the stock launch boost, without the use of transmission damaging transbrakes, on an unprepped road surface. With a good tire, and track, even more boost launch can be had without sacrificing your driveline durability, or prematurely killing the transmission. This is just another way that the Livernois/PCMTec Multi-Tune offering keeps innovating. Add in the user adjustable ethanol content feature, and 4, fully custom select on the fly tunes that retain all of the OEM drive modes, and this new upgrade is like having almost 50+ tunes in one program!

Thanks for sharing. I have 23" ST and if you're getting much more than a few chirps out of those tires on a launch, you are either in the rain or a gravel road. Short of 500hp this SUV is going to hook, or just break because it unfortunately wasn't designed for much more power than it comes with from the factory without a few modifications.

I see on the programmer display, Gear command 2. Is this staring in 1st or 2nd gear? Did this vehicle have an aftermarket intercooler? What brand? When are you going to release or sell an intercooler for this vehicle on your website?

I just bought a '19 Explorer Sport 3.5L Ecoboost, and would be very interested in this tune. Does the 5th Gen Sport have launch control? I went thru the menus & couldn't find a way to activate it.
