I have a 2016 Ford (Explorer) Interceptor Utility AWD 3.5 Ecoboost. A Former Georgia State Patrol Unit that was assigned to a GSP Post Commander. It was tweaked from Ford and Troy Industries previous to my ownership complete with no top speed limiter per Ford and the Ford dealer that serviced it. 158 mph and it was still pulling... Simply with a Giant K&N Cone, Tube & Heat Shield to keep heat from the Cone Filter. I always ran 93 Octane. These units also sit lower compared to civilian Explorers. And they have many other components and upgrades to Suspension, Brakes, Oil cooling and Coolant Systems. Plus high speed rated tires. Im sure it would have exceeded 160 mph but my Exit on the Interstate that night was closely approaching and I had to back out of the throttle. And it got to that speed rather quickly and handled & rode great . I later tuned it with and SCTX4 Tuner with 87, 90 and 93 octane canned tunes. In all three modes it would turn the Twin Turbos up . But the 93 tune Boost Levels would run thru the gears and slam you back in the seat like a rocket. I finally after a few months of fun and spirited 0-100 driving removed the tune and put it back in the mode it was purchased with.(Still have the tuner in my bag I keep in the unit) But its just too tempting to push it with the tune installed. But its amazing to know an SUV will move like that. I've owned it over 2 years and put some miles on it. Never any issues. Next thing is Spark Plug change just because I think its time. Love the ST looks and power numbers. Just too much money for my retirement income. Stay safe "And May the Boost be With You" ! P.S. Always owned Turbo rides since my 1st of 4 different 1986 SVO Turbo 5 speed Mustangs, '87/'88 5 speed Thunderbird Turbo Coupes, and a few GM Turbo Rides..

The Alaska license plate tho 😂 born and raised there. You’d fit right in. Wouldn’t even need to cover it up even lol plus I’m sure that thing would be fun to toss around in the snow ❄️

Fiesta ST owner/new dad here. But how reliable are these? I love my FiST but Ford's engineering department is head over heels better than their quality control department 😢

That’s badass. I don’t get though why some call it a mom car. Are all SUV’s suddenly a mom car? Are guy cars only cars and trucks? 🤨
