I love how our body can tell us when we NEED a key vitamin or nutrient. I kept having strong cravings for oranges, potatoes, pineapple and milk a month ago. I went to the doctor just for a regular checkup also had bloodwork done. The results came back showing I was low on potassium.

I feel like your videos are always talking to me specifically! What a great video! You covered issues that so many people don't like talking about, but as someone who lives with Ulcerative Colitis, I have to be aware of my digestion and the cycles of my body. Also, I'm very aware of how my digestion and menstrual cycles affect my skin and overall well being (headaches included!).
We need to focus less on what we put on our faces (and reduce the amount of stuff we put on our skin) and more on what we put into our bodies. Let our skin exhale without trapping those toxins in under products!

You can switch out things too, without sacrificing a "need"/want. For example, I switched out chocolate for raisins, since I was eating chocolate literally every single night; but I still wanted something sweet. Raisins are sweet enough and are natural and good for you as long as you don't eat too much. Switch out chips for salted almonds, so you can satisfy that salty craving while also getting some protein. (and they are more filling)

I've never been crazy about health until I got my birth control taken out of my arm 3years ago. I was throwing up nearly every day and lost 30 pounds. Still haven't figured my body out but this video is a heaven sent. Thanks for your past and future posts you're really helping people.

Your advice are very useful for me now.
I'm trying start to listen my body and have better and healthier food habbits. I try to achieve 100% raw food eating, I feel that it's so good to my body. I became free from some diseases and my body is so light. But I still have some mental blocks for it. Like memories about eating with my family and friends or some holidays. Now I realize that all our life related to food. And if you change your food habbits you need to change your thoughts.

I take the anticonception pill and I noticed that my period without the pill was 5-8 weeks in between periods, I was always late on my period, so I took the pill, but the 4 weeks just didn't work for me, didn't felt good. Now I'm not stopping after 3 weeks of the pill, but I use the pill an extra 3 weeks and it felt so much better from the beginning. Happy I discovered that.
