The Sabbath: How I Spend the Sabbath Day

I am a Sabbatarian. Most people wonder what that is. That means I honor the seventh day Sabbath as commanded in the scriptures by Yahweh, the God of Israel, the God of Isaac, and the God of Abraham. No, I’m not a 7th Day Adventist. That’s the first thing people assume. I do, however, follow the Bible, Old and New Testament. This video is just a little peek into how I spend my Sabbaths since the pandemic began. I hope you find it peaceful and relaxing 💚

Always good to learn from other people and cultures but best of all great to see how my friend spends her special day. I had no idea about no cooking on Sabbath.. Apparently you can teach an old dog like me..

Shalom. That was a wonderful & peaceful way to spend Sabbath. I didn't know I was following a gardener that observes the laws. I cook vegan chili before sundown Friday, store it in a Thermos which keeps it hot for me on Saturday, otherwise, like you said, it's cold items. Shalom Sis.

Hi Tanya, I really enjoyed this video, Thank you for sharing it with us. I asked the Lord to Bless me to look forward to the Sabbath instead of dreading it because I like to stay busy and it's hard for me to sit still and sure enough Praise his name I am starting to look forward to the Sabbath and resting. I do struggle with things to do on that day but God Bless you for giving me some ideas because your sabbath is not boring at all to me just nice and peaceful.
