110 USD is like 1 million for me, and my monthly salary is around 2.5 million. But thankfully, sheikh also put the video in youtube for free even if I would never have the chance to ask him and get the answer directly, but Allah will always have the way to show us guidance and may Allah always guide us to in His path

Do doctors give free advice? No.

Sheikh spent a lifetime learning knowledge. We should support him actually. He could have done some other job to earn money. So, it's not possible to give free advice always. Time is precious.

When a doctor gives free advice, and then the patient don't follow the advice, this is when doctor regrets giving free advice.

As Salam o Aliakum Sheikh, 100% agreed with your explanation and charging for one-on-one session for any Islamic /Sharia rulings for Brothers / or Sisters situations, but if they unable to pay - we can have sponsor(s) who can help. With the current state of the world crisis, Muslims all over the world are facing very hard times, your 30 mins can be life saver for our Muslim Ummah in need. My 2 cents suggestion.
