That’s the most stand up judge. So many people don’t understand $100 to a Vietnam vet who’s probably got tons of health issues and just has social security 100 bucks can keep him from keeping his power on. Good on you judge!

Pray for the Judge, he is sick right now... send him blessings and good energy ✌

There should be free parking anywhere near a veterans hospital for vets, the city has no feelings.

As a Iraq veteran it brings a tear to my eyes when I see veterans getting a break. We sure didn’t get a break while we were deployed.

I just love this judge, he thanked him for his service (esp his service in Vietnam) and dismissed the ticket. He’s fair and equitable, and he served the bench well for nearly 40 yrs. I was sad to hear of his pancreatic cancer diagnosis, and I truly hope he beats the odds 💜

Judge Frank Caprio is the best judge this side of heaven. He is such a caring judge. Thank you to this Vietnam veteran who served our country well. One of my brothers was a Vietnam veteran. My brother was exposed to the agent Orange and he had big holes in his lungs and I lost him in 2005.

We need more people like this judge in our world. The ability to look at the bigger picture and make a logical decision for the betterment of society is a judge’s job and he does this perfectly. The laws aren’t there to punish people... they’re there to serve as a guideline for a healthy society. It’s not about letting people off the hook... it’s about doing what’s right for the individual and the community. Thanks for being such a great example your honor!

As a veteran and a citizen who recognizes the impossible to repay debt we owe to those who offered their lives to defend this great country, I say thank you, your honor, for your honor to our heroes.

I got so pissed when I saw the lady in the back laughing while the veteran is giving his speech

"and I want to thank you for years of service to the community" They don't make people like this anymore.
