Imma be honest one time when I saw a video on YouTube and I read the tile it said cleaning nails and I was like ok cool and I had no idea that it was a fake hand lol so when they like opened I forget it what it’s called but like they opened her skin to grab the nail out and I was like but now that I know it’s fake I felt just idk LMAO

I get my nails done often and one day my guy best friend sent me a Tik Tok of someone removing nails from this fake hand and he said is this how you guys remove your nails and I didn’t watch the video because it wouldn’t load so I just said yeah.. he seemed disgusted and stunned and this confused me I was thinking, “what is so bad about removing acrylic nails” 🤨 later on I went and watched the video and realized that I had misinformed him and now he walks around still thinking that we rip our nails out from under our cuticles .... 😭🤣

i feel like it’s not true for all people though. for example, if you get infections. yes ofc your cuticles end up closing again but i got infections in both of my big toes and the cuticles around them opened up due to it. they closed after the infection went away but it’s very much possible
