4th arrest and new details from court records on Montgomery riverfront brawl

We're learning more about the Saturday incident and about a fourth arrest.

Lets not exclude the fact that the 40 year old man also punched the 16 year old dock worker who was trying to break up the fight. This should be felony assault for all of them.

Quite a sick crime for the following reasons: more than one person attacked a lone man and even when he was on the floor the man received kicks and punches from the cowards. Would they have tackled or confronted him if they were on their own? These four people accused are scum and deserve no mercy.

Compliments to the captain for holding his own. As a former boxer I commend him. He knew it was a losing situation but he wasn't going to back down. At the end of the day it took four... And he still stood. Proud of you sir. Not proud of society though. I see this crap all the time. People are now looking for fights. Something I stay away from but I will defend myself trust me.

I read this was not the first time they were caught. The river boat captain confirmed a similar message about their behavior. Imagine if that one employee was alone when they attacked him.👀 We would not have known the truth. Thank goodness the observers were not bystanders
