We cannot assume that people are”good” based on outside appearances and “normal” behavior. People like this man are even more dangerous because who would suspect him. I’m so glad he was caught.

He was a professional Relator. His agency needs to ensure all the people he showed property to are alive. All of his appointments with potential buyers need to be tracked until we know they are all alive and well. Ex-girlfriends could provide leads too. This sick man obviously had a distain feeling for the vulnerable (homeless).

My dad was homeless for a couple months, he’s a good man, not the brightest guy, but he raised me and humbled me, I realized that all these homeless have families and are in a tough situation, their lives are important to somebody whether you believe it or not

My mom told me monsters ARE real but they don’t live in closets or hide under beds. She said what makes them so scary is that they look just like everyone else. Glad he’s off the streets.

Wicked!! He was practicing on the homeless ppl, then he would have moved on to others. And looking at him no one would know he was so evil. That's why we as ppl should be more concern with someone's heart instead of their good looks

That is scary. 😳 From my own experience with homelessness, at first that is what keeps you awake in the beginning, the thought that anyone can so easily do something while you're asleep, even with a little pocket knife, but after about the first week passes you no longer fight your sleep.
Something switches and you don't think of it as much because you just have to sleep.

I'll add also that when you're in that situation, cops are seen no different than the criminals and your sleep is constantly broken, so the threat is always there regardless.

There were several panicky moments but I was stunned when a female cop once popped up on a rainy night when we took cover and she started snapping right off as I sat there shocked by her actions and when I thought about it afterwards it could have turned worse had my son been there but thankfully he was still at work, and I even thought about standing up to her because all I saw was a threat not her uniform, and I kick myself for not getting her name and info.

I thank God daily that we finally were able to get back into a place, and pray that for all because everyone should have a home where they can feel safer, etc.

RIP to the people who were murdered. Homeless people are human beings, we don't know what happened in their lives to put them on the streets, but I'm glad they caught this killer!!!
