Hi. Can you give some examples of what can I do with 2 RJ45 port?

Eh, I've got a raspberry pi 4 2GiB serving me Docker with pihole + x2 unbound, firewall while (also) playing a live stream 24/7 through a small display and everything werks as intended. And theres still enough space for a retro gaming station, a webtop and even as a streaming serviceif I wanted to.
Oh, and the power output is registering under the 3W mark.

Hi, wanted to ask here about the security of opening a tiny server like this to the internet. I want to host a small family minecraft server and have another single house access my plex library. Considering this is my first proper foray into hosting a server I wanted to know what other things should I worry about.

Initially my first worry is if this would make it possible for an attacker to access other computers on my network, and if so what could I do to avoid that. It’s my plan to, in the future, have a NAS in my home dedicated exclusively for our family photos and documents, is there anything I need to prepare for with other hardware? Or is just opening up this machine for games and media playback ‘sufficiently’ safe?

*sigh WTF is the point of videos like this. Just pay about $150 more and get a ryzen 7 beelink mini pc unit that comes with Windows 11 stock and turn that into a server without having to put any kind of custom OS configuration BULLSHIT inside. Geez, I get it if you are a computer enthusiast/hobbiest but most people don't have time for that shit. Go with something that just works out of the box for a little more (and with MUCH BETTER SPECS). Nuff said.
