is 22.04 stable version ??? & will my files be safe / not lost while upgrading from 20.04 to 22.04 ???

Sorry my question is off topic. On my ubuntu appeared the inscription "a problem has occurred and system can't recover....". I did it step by step as indicated in your video, but then my screen just turned black and there is not even a cursor on it, what should I do? restarting the laptop did not help
