I tried this yesterday and this fits me well. I tried left dominant and right dominant before and neither make me feel comfortable. I felt this make me balance centre easier. I got goofy foot but my left eye is my main sight using eye .

People usually put too much rotation on their bindings. I suggest trying something 4-6 degrees less than what you’re using. Made a huge difference for me going from 16, -16 to 12, -12, and now 9, -9

One thing I've learned as a beginning snowboarder is, everyone has a different idea of what a good beginner stance should be. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I guess trial and error will be the only way to figure out what a good beginning stance for me is.
