The only problem I have with condos is that most of them are restricted against long or short term rentals. That cause them hard to sell and also prevent them to go up in value in some cities.

I own a couple of 2bedroom condos in Riverside. I bought them in 2010 and 2011. I paid $57k for one and $67k for the other. Only catch was…I had to pay cash.
When my association dues increase…I pass it onto the tenants.
