Really enjoyed! Whenever I travel one of my fave things to do is go grocery shopping! I don’t know if that’s weird or not 😂
I find it so interesting to see what locals buy, what’s popular, what’s cheap, what’s expensive, etc. More interesting than souvenir shopping for me. Thanks Evelyn ❤️

My grandmother told me if I got to France in my lifetime to shop to save on my stay. This was informative. Thank you.

Enjoyed this video. Last time in Paris I mainly shopped in Monoprix and Carrefour. Did not see Picard. Could you do a video on how(to) you found an appartement?

I am a college student in America studying to become a High School teacher, and I want to teach French. I am currently working on a project where we have to create an entire unit, and the one I chose is "Du Marché à la Table". I was looking for videos to include in my lesson plan, and I found you and I love it! I know for sure that I will be showing your vlogs to my future students <3

Hey just found your videos and I love em...on a sidenote, I'm from the states and have never paid more than $2(€1.65) for a gallon(3.78 liters) of spring water. Haha it's true though that Evian is rich people water here 😂 Sometimes $2 for a liter😱

It's perhaps interesting to add that taxes are included in the prices you see in the shop, at the end you'll pay exactly that price, not a cent more.

Indeed, groceries in Fempty your rance are a little more expensive than in Germany. But diversity wise, it is like night and day. It is a really pain in the ass to find gluten free products here in Germany. Just a very few products in Rewe. Otherwise, you go to Al Natura and get ready to empty your wallet. And again, the offer in german supermarkets is anemic. Not even talking about the hard discount stores, always offering the same product over and over. I really miss the french supermarkets and would be ready to pay a little more to get what I want. edit: nowdays, the price difference is even smaller because inflation in Germany is higher than in France. Every time I go shopping I have the feeling my "favorite" products increased by 20 or 30% for the same low quality.

I know that life in Paris is expensive, but with which german groceries are you comparing ?

They’re playing Lover by Taylor Swift in the supermarket! I didn’t know they played her there 🥰. From the USA 🇺🇸:D
