Here are two possible ways to reset your Windows 10 back to the default factory settings without using any installation disk. This can help resolve slow Windows, malware, and viruses, and automatically full drive C. This approach will work for any Windows 10 build you have, here I’m using the latest build which is 1903. You might notice a bit of difference in the placement of options in the older builds, but the general approach is pretty much the same.

Does the Clean Everything option delete/remove the Registry and create a new one? If not, your computer may still be slow because of all the garbage in the Registry.

I need help!!

I think I damaged my hardrive by getting angry and slamming my hands on my HP Laptop’s keyboard. It crashed, showing me the blue screen with the sad face. But the screen’s visuals (not the actual screen itself) looked cracked. Then I remember it shut down. I turned it back on and ever since I have not ever been able to log back in. I can’t get past the start up. I can’t get my password box to even show up. It did once, but when I entered it, it just said welcome for the longest time. I have tried just about all the advanced recovery options I can think of; either none of them work or they start to but hang and never ever complete. When I try to do reset this pc, I tried the keep my files option twice and it gets to 35% and then it says undoing changes forever. At that point I just reboot and the whole process starts all over again. Well this time I picked the other option but not to clean everything. If this doesn’t work I will pick clean everything. But I have a feeling it won’t because I think I physically broke something in there like a bafoon. I will likely take it in for repairs next month. This is an old cpu but it has sentimental value to me (a b-day gift from my father). I just wish I could figure this out without having to seek out professional help to save money but if need be, I most certainly will.
