Modern physics is an effort to understand the underlying processes of the interactions with matter, utilizing the tools of science and engineering. In general, the term is used to refer to any branch of #physics either developed in the early 20th century and onward, or branches greatly influenced by early 20th century physics. Notable branches of #modern_physics include quantum physics, special relativity, and general relativity.

This course contains almost everything you need to know about modern physics.

Its truly a great time to be alive, to be able to have resources like this be so freely available for anyone to use.

This is remarkably clearly communicated. Almost unique. Every single wording, every sentence, is chosen with a purpose. The examples are very descriptive. Needless to say, the topic is a bit complex. It is adressed, subject to an almost perfect understanding of exactly when the apprentice finds some topic extra difficult. Imagine having a teacher like this when being in formative years. Sometimes in life, you happen to encounter people with an above-human talent to communicate complex matters in an accessible way. Simple enough but not to simple. It is important to recognize this and to cherish those rare moments.

The irony is that this is better than content from the top colleges. Congrats for raising the bar 🤩

I'm a Psychologist. I love modern physics. And I found it necessary to understand The fundamentals of quantum realm because of the philosophical abuses of it. I have to force myself a bit inti calculus, but I was searching somo online real course that could walk me through the mathemathics within Einstein theory and the theories development since that. The explanation of the gamma factor was mostly satisfying, even though some details still missing in my comprehension, but generally I got the point. It was a lecture series like that that I was searching for years, to finnaly give some step up and into the fundamentals of these facinating subjects. I have not had to wait untill my mid-age and try to get a physics degree just for curiosity like I was thinking. I still have the dream of it, but that one step further I think I may get in this youtube video. So thanks for the initiative, and may God be with me so a can go through and beyond the Lorentz topic. I'm very thankfull for this oportunity, this is just for the Love of Science, for sure, and we glad of it. Congrats from a brasilian guy that believes in science and in misteries too. Keep up for a New science, like Bernard carr sayings: matter, mind and spirit. There are other realms that we as humanity is just about to do the gap... I hoje so, and we need it. Greetings and let the world be round adain please. Let's aim for the distant stars and for the realms within, and all that exists beetwen have each thinh and each one a special part, let's help each other play it nicely and always nicer... .... like the text? Follow me and help me play my part, with strange music for strange people. 😉
